Photo Club Services Info
MCCC recently added a new system for our competitions. Instead of submitting digital images to the Yahoo email address, we now log onto our individual "Photo Club Services" account and submit images there. This allows memebers to create and view their entire image library in one place, submit images for future competitions weeks in advance and to see the scoring results of the past competitions along with the images.

Each member of MCCC has been sent an email with a login/password to Photo Club Services. Once logged into that site, you have the ability to add images to your own gallery, upload images to any future competitions and view the results from past competitions.

The biggest question so far is "How Do I Submit My Image?" There are very detailed video tutorials on the Photo Club Services website, or for a condensed answer, here are the directions below have been sent out to all members via email.

Submitting directions

  1. Go to the website: http://mccc.photoclubservices.com/
  2. Logon using the user name and password sent to you via email from Bob Olinski
    • If you did not receive it you must let Bob or Susan know
    • Be sure to check in your spam
  3. To change your logon name or password (or any other info in your profile)
    • Go to: My Account
    • Go to: My Account Settings
  4. How to Submit to a Competition
    • Go to: "Competitions"
    • Go to: "Submit Images to a Competition"
    • Scroll down to find the competition you want to submit to
    • On the left click on "Select"
    • Scroll down to Upload or catalog a "Single Image into the Competition"
      • You can choose multiple up load but you can only submit up to 2 images
    • Scroll down to "Select" and click to find your images on your computer

NOTE: Images must be saved in your computer with correct file naming format - spaces between words - no underscores.

    • Scroll down to: "Title (required)" and paste or type in the entire image file name but, DO NOT INCLUDE THE .JPG or .JPEG EXTENSION

    NOTE:The title instructions on the Photo Club Services page say "Titles are unrelated to file names and should not contain the Author's name or any competition identifiers." - IGNORE THOSE INSTRUCTIONS - use the MCCC fie format for your title, without the .JPG extension

    Go back and repeat: Upload or catalog a Single Image into the Competition

    Members are allowed to enter up to 6 images per monthly competition with a maximum of 2 in any category.

    You are on your honor with this rule because Photo Club Services does not have the capability of controlling the 6 image maximum, only the 2 per category.
